• The reason we use this basis: Is to fulfil our contractual obligations with You (in delivering your bespoke furniture / wall panelling) by keeping abreast of current project requirements and adhoc questions (past and present) from You before, during and after project completion
• Data retention period: We shall continue to process your information until the contract between us ends / delivery of product is fulfilled or is terminated under any contract terms.

• The reason we use this basis: As evidence of work completed and communications sent, should the requirement to prove contractual fulfilment of our responsibilities, should any conflict resolution be required at any stage
